I always like experimenting with cooking, but due to the lack of time, I virtually had no opportunity to indulge in this little whim of mine. To clarify, I am no gourmet chef like some of my friends who can whip up dishes and bake like professionals. I do NOT know how to bake, and when I do cook, I need to peer over a recipe right down to every word.
Which was why in the week that I turned SAHM, I was very happy with the liberty of time to tinker around with cooking dinner!
And I am quite happy to declare that hubby was very impressed with the below menus! I know these are common fare for many moms, but hey, I didn't even know how to fry an egg till 7 years ago!
