Little Bee understood the concept of buying or purchasing things when supplies are running low. For example, if there is not enough milk powder for her, she will say "No more milk? Buy Little Bee (sic) milk". Or if there is not enough coloured paper left for her craftwork, she will put on her signature lower lip pout and said,"No more paper (pout)? Buy paper."So, this morning, the moment she woke up, she asked me...
Little Bee: "Mama work?"
Mummy: "Mama work(s) to earn money."
Little Bee: "No more money?"
Mummy: "No, just that Mama needs to work to earn some more money for jie jie and mei mei."
Little Bee: (pouted again) "No more money. Buy money? Buy more money (looked hopefully at me)."
I wish I can indeed "buy money", haha.
