Penguins

In last month's home learning Ocean theme, the Bees also made a penguin each, when they learned about birds that depend on the ocean for survival. In this case, the penguins depended a lot on the fishes from the ocean for their daily intake of food.

Big Bee also took the opportunity to learn about the major seas of the world, and we discovered the biggest and smallest oceans in the world. Little Bee learned about what the penguins eat and how they waddle about, thereby mimicking the waddling penguin wherever she went!

Little Bee's penguin, stained with red dye! Before I could stop her, she merrily took up a colour pencil and started colouring the penguin's body red!
